· Limitation of Liability: Because we merely facilitate the connection to this third-party API, any data retention or usage by Pollinations.ai occurs outside of our control and jurisdiction.

· Local Chat History: To improve your user experience, your chat history is temporarily stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB or LocalStorage).
· Data Volatility: This local data is private to your device and is not accessible to us. Your chat history is automatically and permanently cleared when you refresh the page, close the tab, or clear your browser cache. We have no mechanism to retrieve this history once it is cleared locally.
